Team coaching for senior leaders

Shift your team’s focus from individual performance to collective impact.

Great teams don’t happen by accident

Team Coaching is a leadership development approach that helps senior teams shift their focus from individual contribution, to collective impact. It coaches the team as an entity in its own right, and increases the value the team can generate for its organisation and stakeholders.

As our organisations and societies face ever-more complex demands, the world needs powerful and effective teams, collaborating in pursuit of a shared (and meaningful) outcome.

Trust, clarity, insight and a conscious approach to 'teaming’ can dramatically shift the stakeholder value created by our teams. This is the work of GoodThinking, and the value of Team Coaching.

About me

I’m Fi Craig, a Bristol-based, qualified and experienced Team and Executive Coach. I founded GoodThinking because I know how hard it is to do our best thinking at work.

Trained at the coalface of commercial life, and at Henley Business School, I’m a thinking partner, supportive ally and bear-poker to teams who know they can do better, and whose organisations need them to bring their very best. Bristol-based, willing traveller.

“If you sit Fi in a room with others and say ‘get that team to do good work’, she absolutely will. That’s her superpower.”

James Ray, CEO | Armadillo, Bristol
